The Day-of Plan is the base package from which our services begin.
At the Day-of level, clients have hired most (if not all) of their
vendors and want a planner to be there on the wedding day to ensure
things run smoothly. The package includes all of the Event Management
services, as well as Budget Planning and Overall Design if needed.
In this process, the planner meets with the client at least two
to three times to gather contracts and develop an event timeline.
The planner will also visit the ceremony and reception sites, often
with the client and key vendors, to walk through the event in advance.

The Full Service Plan is a customized package that uses the Day-of
Plan as its starting point. Full Service clients come to us at various
stages of the planning process - some are recently engaged, some
have hired a handful of vendors, some are working on the finishing
touches, and some are planning a destination event. Wherever the
client is in the process, a WedBoston planner can help see them
through, stress-free, to the day of their event. Examples of services
offered in a Full Service Plan are listed to the left.

WedBoston's planners are also available on an hourly basis to help
clients with individual projects.
