This is for the client who would like WedBoston to arrange much of the wedding. This is generally a client who is from out of town and cannot be in the area during the planning process, a client with an overly demanding schedule or a client with a more complex wedding. In addition to research and organizational planning, this package includes a kickoff meeting, monthly follow-up meetings (or conference calls), a site visit and on-site hours for both the day of the rehearsal and the day of the wedding.
This package is for the client who wants assistance both on the day of the wedding as well as with pre-wedding tasks such as vendor selection and budget planning. In addition to research and organizational planning, this package includes a kickoff meeting as well as 4-5 follow-up meetings, a site visit if necessary and on-site hours for both the day of the rehearsal and the day of the wedding.
This is ideal for the client who wants to do most of the planning themselves and hand off the event management portion to WedBoston. The following is a list of services that we provide our wedding clients. We are happy to provide additional services, though any services outside of this list are subject to approval. Many brides and grooms enlist us to help in completing tasks beyond those listed here.
- Budget planning and management
- Creation and monitoring of a wedding planning schedule
- Venue and vendor research — ceremony and reception sites, officiants, tenting, catering, cakes, ceremony and reception music, photography, videography, floral design, lighting design, additional draping and décor, rentals, attire, stationery, calligraphy
- Venue and vendor contract review
- Design and décor assistance
- Event organization including coordination of venues and vendors into a wedding day timeline, vendor contact list, guest list, floor plan, and any other relevant documents
- On-site event management for both rehearsal and wedding
WedBoston begins with a suite of packages that we have found to be appropriate for the varying needs of clients including Day Of, Day Of Plus and Full Planning. Occasionally, a client with more specific needs will request a custom package or hourly consulting (for smaller projects), which we also offer.
