We provide a detailed timeline of the day of the event to all vendors and venues, as well as compact timelines for members of the bridal party. As clients book vendors, we maintain a detailed contact database of the vendors contracted and distribute this list along with the timeline to each vendor for well-organized vendor communication. One week or more before the wedding, WedBoston distributes all wedding day documents to vendors and venue managers. On the day of the rehearsal, we provide the key players in the bridal party and families with shortened versions of the timeline, photo list and contact list.
